This lovely whisky is one that I enjoyed both as a straight sipper and as a mix with my easy mix of ginger ale, ice and bitters. The Ginger ale or Ginger beer combines with the slight spice, mellow earthy and sweet flavours. Rather spectacularly in my opinion.
